Frontierland as the sun was setting on a day as hot as it Saturday was pretty much like being in the wild west of America. Disney just manages to transform a place so that you really feel like you are somewhere else in the world, in a whole other world of fantasy and drama. Everything seems so authentic from the smell of the barbeque to the dusty floors and the red rock scenery. Do you think the rocks are real?
Best rides in frontierland- Thunder Mountain: a crazy runaway train ride through the wild west & The Haunted House- a spooky ghost train tour through a haunted house with creepy phantom holographic effects. Cheeky tip, the fastpass on Thunder Mountain is great, you get to cut a lot more of the queue than on some of the other big rides. When I was queueing for the ride I couldn't not take a picture of the Baby Doe Mine, below.
