Discoveryland wasn't my favourite area as a whole, its not as much like walking into another world as the other areas but it has my all time favourite ride/the best ride at Disneyland (and probably Disneyworld)... SPACE MOUNTAIN. I cannot even describe this ride. It's a super fast, super fun, whirlwind ride through outerspace and back. I went on it 3 times and would have gone again if there had been time. Also the only ride in Disneyland where you get to go upside down, and that is always fun.
I have a lot of love for Toy Story and the Buzz Lightyear ride does not disappoint either. You get a lazer gun and you basically have to shoot the targets and get as many points as you can to kill the evil Zurg whilst going along the ride in a little circular container that you can spin. I might have lost but we won't go into that.
