Warwick Apprentice Task 3- Selling Splat Cards

The third task was where things really started to get serious as there were now 15 teams left and only 4 would be going through to the final. We were given the challenge of getting as many splat card sign ups and sales as possible. A splat card (for those who don't know) is a discount card specific to Warwick and Coventry uni students getting you discounts, free queue jump for local nightclubs etc. all for just £7.

We had less than 24 hours to sell as many as possible. My team spent over 7 hours stood outside various campus locations like the library, with our friend the blue power ranger, persuading people to buy splat cards. We used our shoutout from Warwick Radio to promote our blue power ranger and splat cards and managed to generate the most splat card sales out of all the teams, selling 45 cards and putting us through to the final!
